Our Board

Our Board of Directors is comprised of 8 dedicated volunteers whose backgrounds span a broad range of industries including the social sector, education, marketing, financial services, and newcomer immigration settlement services.

CanTYD runs a working board model. Our board members are active participants within the organization. Each Director assumes ownership of 1 committee, as well as assuming responsibility for yearly planning, overall strategic development, and campaigning for greater awareness of the organization throughout the community.

Our Board of Directors are appointed at our Annual General Meeting. Each term is 2 years in length. Directors can serve up to 3 consecutive terms for a maximum of 6 years.
